Challenge
To make the brand more visible and compelling in the face of increasingly dynamic competitor marketing. To persuade the majority of people still using the traditional personal search method to convert to the newer, official web-based search service. And since the basic method of conducting official searches is identical between official providers, it was also vital to demonstrate where SearchFlow's wider support and service components could offer customers additional value. In short, be more competitive and ensure that differentiation was visible.

Results
A more customer-centric message, together with an integrated marketing campaign and refreshed brand image have all helped SearchFlow win market share, and contributed to the significant increase in the use of official searches. As a credit to the brand equity build up over time, when the company was merged with one of its direct competitors, the SearchFlow brand identity and unique positioning was retained.
